PHASE 1

Application

Founders apply by submitting their deck and key information through our forms. This is where we get to understand your vision, traction and alignment with Decelera before starting the evaluation process.

PHASE 2

Selection
(Up to 1 month)

After an initial thesis verification, selected startups are invited to a business call. Here we explore strategic fit, founder mindset and long-term alignment with our investment approach.

PHASE 3

First Investment

Startups that successfully pass due diligence, both tech and human, may receive an initial investment of up to €300K to start building a long-term relationship with Decelera.

PHASE 4

Program
(7 Days)

Invested founders join the Decelera program, a space designed to slow down, reflect and strengthen their strategy alongside investors, mentors and a curated founder community.

PHASE 5

Extended investment

After the program, companies showing strong alignment and growth potential may continue expanding their investment path with Decelera, reaching up to €1M cumulative investment.

ABOUT THE FUND

At Decelera Ventures, our vision is to invest in mission-driven startups that deliver impact and create long-term value.

We have secured commitments of €38 million for our fund. Since we launched, we have invested in 24 companies. We offer investment tickets of up to €300,000 pre program, up to €1M acummulative post program, and follow-on investments of up to €2 million for top performers.
